The benefits of garlic are many, good for skin health, caring for facial beauty, nails, hair, even for pregnant women. Although useful, pregnant women should not consume excessive garlic because it can cause various side effects.

One of them can increase the risk of bleeding.

For some pregnant women, heartburn symptoms may be triggered or exacerbated by eating large amounts of garlic.In fact, consuming garlic can provide various benefits during pregnancy, such as reducing the risk of infection and spontaneous premature birth, and preventing preeclampsia. There is no official recommendation on how much garlic to eat. So, eating in sufficient quantities as a food flavoring is probably safe during pregnancy. However, it is best to consult a doctor before taking garlic supplements.
