The X-59 Supersonic Jet will undergo structural testing at NASA headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. To deal with critical ground testing, NASA asked Lockheed Martin to temporarily overhaul an experimental aircraft called the X-59 Quiet Supersonic Technology or QueSST.

Quoted from SINDOnews from the Slashgear page, Thursday (6/1/2021), this test will be a major milestone on the way to the X-59's first flight .
Supersonic flight could revolutionize air transport, but it had one major drawback that could hinder its operation: loud sonic booms.

NASA hopes to be able to change this weakness by developing low-boom technology so that this ultra-fast aircraft can be operated for the wider community. To that end, NASA began conducting structural testing with ground testing of the X-59 aircraft. Through this test, NASA wanted to make sure the X-59 aircraft could handle the substantial stresses incurred during operation.

The X-59 test team in Texas will also test the aircraft's fuel system and perform calibrations. Once that is done, the aircraft will be repackaged and shipped back to California for the next round of testing and other work.

During the process of shipping the X-59 from California to Texas, the fuselage and parts of the large red bow were wrapped in such a way that they would not be damaged. Assuming there are no major problems causing long delays, as the James Webb Space Telescope observatory has experienced, the X-59 will begin flight in 2024. NASA and Lockheed Martin will collect data on the sound produced during flight and how people in the region about responding.
