He is known by Google employees as someone who always manages to turn plans into reality. Some of the projects he has successfully handled are the Chrome and Android browsers.

Sundar Pichai is known as a friendly, intelligent, and hardworking person. There is an inspiring story from Sundar Pichai's speech to his men. He gave a speech about the inspiring story behind the disgusting cockroach.

In a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and landed on a woman. He started screaming in fear. With a panicked face and trembling voice, he began to jump, with both hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach.

His reaction was contagious, as everyone in his group also panicked. The woman finally managed to push the cockroach away but… the cockroach landed on the shoulder of another woman in the group. Now, it was the turn of the other women in the group to continue the drama.

A maidservant rushed forward to save them. During the throwing session, the next cockroach fell on the maid. The maid stood firm, composed herself and observed the behavior of the cockroach on her shirt. When he was confident enough, he grabbed the cockroach with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant.-Pichai sipped his coffee and watched the entertainment, his mind antenna picked up some thoughts and started to wonder, are the cockroaches responsible for their splashy behavior?

If so, then why isn't the maidservant bothered? He handled the event almost perfectly, without any mess.

He continued his speech. “From where I was sitting, I was thinking.. Why are those 2 career women panicking, while the waitress can calmly chase away the cockroaches?

That means it's definitely not because of the cockroach, but because the response that is given is what determines. The inability of the two career women to deal with cockroaches is what makes the cafe atmosphere chaotic.

Cockroaches are disgusting, but they will stay that way forever. You can't turn cockroaches into cute and adorable ones.

It's the same with problems. Traffic jams, or a fussy wife, a betrayed friend, an overpowering boss, disobedient subordinates, big targets, tight deadlines, demanding customers, annoying neighbors, and so on. Until then, it will never be fun.

But that's not what messed things up. It's our inability to face what makes it so.

What bothered the woman was not the cockroach, but the woman's inability to cope with the disturbance caused by the cockroach.-There I realized that, it wasn't the screaming of my father or my boss or my wife that bothered me, but my inability to deal with the disturbance caused by their yelling that bothered me.

It's my reaction to the problem that actually creates more chaos in my life than the problem itself.
